Your Patronage is Important

It is my sincere wish for you to cherish your art prints, so please read the store policy carefully.

When you have further questions, contact me.

Sometimes I am traveling in remote locations so please give me up to 5 business days to reply.


We accept paypal and credit cards.

You can securely pay with a credit card via Stripe or Paypal. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed.


We offer free shipping on all orders.

Currently, we only ship in the USA.

For EU customers : We are working out the logistics to sell to you as well. To learn more please contact me and sign up to my newsletter to be notified when my shop is opened up to EU customers.

My print lab is very efficient, the shipping times depend on the amount you purchase and where you are located. It can take up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, so that your artwork arrives to you. We are not responsible for any additional costs if the package is returned to us for any reason, except if we mistakenly ship your order to the wrong address.

Once Your Order Is Shipped

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email.  Orders are shipped via premium shipping so you will receive a tracking number.

Art-Secure Shipping

Your print is securely shipped directly to you from White Wall, my print lab based outside of Köln, Germany. I work closely with this lab to ensure excellent quality of prints.

The photographic lab carefully checks each print by hand and gives it a protective cover before placing it in art-secure packaging.

After you place your print order, we arrange your order with the photographic lab. Our prints are printed per order and shipped straight from White Wall.

I will send you an email confirming your order.

Receiving Your Print

When you receive your order, please carefully check for damages before accepting the package from the delivery person.

If in the unfortunate event, the package is damaged from shipment, please refuse the package, take a picture of the damage, and contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you.

If you discover that the artwork is damaged after accepting the package, please immediately contact me with a description and pictures of the damage. Please also keep the original packaging material.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so that we can find a solution. We will respond to you as soon as we can.  Please give us up to 5 business days to reply.

We accepts returns for unframed and undamaged prints within 20 days of delivery.

Return Requests

In your return request, please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • The title of the piece
  • The date of purchase
  • The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
  • The reason for requesting a return
  • If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.

We will provide a paid shipping label for you to return the piece.

Please return your order in its original packaging.

Your refund will be processed when we receive the returned order. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For Framed Prints

Since we customize your print order with passe-partout and frames to satisfy your preference, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on custom-framed prints.

However, we will do our best to find a good solution. 


I offer wholesale prices of to businesses (restaurants, wellness centers, hotels etc.) who wish to purchase prints to decorate their business and/or to sell in their local brick and mortar shop, i.e. not online.
